A senior technology leader who works with you part-time. You get CTO-level decisions without the cost of a full-time hire.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency builds what you ask for. I first help you decide what's worth building, then make sure it gets built right, whether by Reset or someone else.
Why not just hire a full-time CTO?
A good CTO costs ₹50 lakh+ a year and is hard to find. Most businesses building their first product need senior guidance, not a full-time hire, at least in the first year.
Do you also build the product?
Yes. Reset has a team for design and engineering. You can also use your own team, and I'll guide them.
Will I own the code and product?
Yes. Everything we build is yours.
I already have a vendor. Can you still help?
Yes. Many clients come to me with a stuck build. I'll review what's been done and tell you honestly what to fix, keep, or replace.
What does it cost?
