Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This website, enterreset.com, is run by Akshit Rungta and Reset ("I", "we", "us"). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct or delete it.
What we collect and why
We collect only what each form needs. You give it to us voluntarily, and we use it only for the purpose listed with it.
Contact form
- What: your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), where your project stands and what you're trying to build.
- Why: to reply to you and discuss the work you've asked about.
- How: the form is processed by Amazon Web Services (API Gateway, Lambda and Simple Email Service) in the Mumbai region and emailed to our inbox, with a copy to you. We don't keep form submissions in a separate database.
The Second Opinion
- What: your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number (optional), what you're reviewing and trying to achieve, and the document or a link to it.
- Why: to read the document and send you our opinion.
- How: the document is uploaded to a private, encrypted storage bucket with Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region and emailed to us with your details. It is deleted from that storage automatically after 30 days, read only by Akshit Rungta, and never shared.
Digital Trust Score
- What: the website address you check and, if you unlock the full report, your work email and company name (optional).
- Why: to email you the full report, and to follow up with you about the results and how we could help. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply to any email or write to the address below and we'll stop.
- How: your email and company are stored with the website address and its results in a database with Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region, we're notified by email, and they may be added to our customer relationship tool (HubSpot). To check a website, the Trust Score reads that site's public pages and uses an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to analyse them. Your email and company name are never sent to it.
Spam and abuse protection
To stop misuse of the forms, we keep a short-lived count of submissions per IP address and per email address. These are stored only as one-way hashes, never in readable form, and deleted automatically within two days. Our hosting provider also keeps technical logs, which can include IP addresses, to keep the service secure.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. It collects:
- Pages visited, the sections of a page you view and for how long, how far you scroll, and which buttons and links you click
- How you arrived at the site (for example a search engine, a link on another site, or a campaign link)
- Approximate location (city and country, derived from your IP address; Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses)
- Device type, browser, operating system and screen size
- Page speed measurements
We don't send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics.
We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to see which of our ads lead to enquiries. When you send a contact form or a Second Opinion request, Google Ads is told that an enquiry happened, without your name, email or phone number. If you arrived from one of our ads, this lets Google link the enquiry to that ad. We don't use it to show you personalised ads.
Cookies
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another | 2 years |
_ga_5J0EPKWQYS | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your visit (session) | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Links an enquiry to the ad you came from, so we can tell which ads work | 90 days |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works fully without them.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only while we need it for the purpose you gave it for, then delete it.
- Contact form and Second Opinion emails: while we're in conversation and, if we work together, for the engagement and any period the law requires us to keep records. Otherwise we delete them within two years of our last contact.
- Second Opinion documents in storage: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Trust Score email and company: deleted within two years of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months, after which Google deletes user-level data automatically.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that process it for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, forms, storage and email), Google (our email inbox through Google Workspace, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement) and HubSpot (Trust Score leads). We also share it when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property. Some of these providers may process data outside India.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Documents and form data are stored encrypted, access is limited to Akshit Rungta, and the forms only accept submissions from this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. If a personal data breach affects you, we'll tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Act requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act (and, depending on where you live, laws such as the EU/UK GDPR) you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it;
- withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. It's as easy as giving it: email us, or reply to any email from us;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and if you're not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Email legal@enterreset.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Grievance officer
Akshit Rungta, Founder, Reset. Email: legal@enterreset.com. Akshit can answer any question about how we process your personal data.

This site and its services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as client products and LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
