About to sign a tech deal? Let a CTO read it first.
Send me any technology quote, proposal or vendor contract. Within 48 hours, I'll tell you if it's fair, what's missing, and what I'd ask before signing. Free, confidential, and written by me, not a sales team.

Akshit RungtaRead personally, every line
I've spent 16+ years on the other side of the table, building technology products and hiring the vendors who build them. I've seen good quotes and bad ones, and the difference is rarely the price. It's what isn't written down.
Most business owners don't have a CTO to check a tech proposal before they sign. So I'll be that CTO, for this one decision.
Three steps, 48 hours.
Send it.
Upload the quote, proposal, scope or contract. Add two lines on what you're trying to achieve.
I read it.
Personally. Every line, against what your business actually needs.
You get my opinion in 48 hours.
A short written note: is it fair, what's missing, what's risky, and the questions I'd ask the vendor.
- A website or app development quote
- A software, ERP or CRM implementation proposal
- An AI or automation project scope
- A digital marketing or SEO retainer
- A tech hiring plan or a CTO/agency contract
- Any technology spend you're unsure about
The verdict
Fair, overpriced, underpriced (which is a risk too), or unclear.
What's missing
The things that usually turn into change requests and extra invoices later.
The red flags
Ownership of code and data, lock-in, vague timelines, payment terms.
Questions to ask
5–10 specific questions to send your vendor before you sign.
It isn't a pitch. If the quote is good, I'll tell you to sign it. I won't contact your vendor, and I won't share your document with anyone.
Get my second opinion
Eight short fields. I'll read it myself and reply to your inbox within 48 hours.
Got it. I'll read this personally and send my opinion to your inbox within 48 hours.
AkshitQuestions people ask first
Is it really free?
Yes. One opinion per business, on one decision. If you want help beyond that, we can talk, but there's no expectation.
Why would you do this for free?
Because the best way to show how I think is to do the thinking. Some people later ask me to help run the project. Most don't, and that's fine.
Is my document confidential?
Yes. It's read only by me, never shared, and deleted after 30 days. Happy to sign an NDA first if you need one.
What if I need it faster than 48 hours?
Mention your deadline in the form and I'll do my best.
I don't have a quote yet, just an idea.
Send the idea. I'll tell you what a fair quote should include and roughly what it should cost.
What if the quote turns out to be badly off?
Then the honest next step is usually a Product Blueprint: 3–4 weeks to define what to build and what it should cost, so you can take it to any vendor. I'll tell you if that's worth it, or if a few changes to the current quote will do.
