Hi, I'm Akshit. I help businesses get their technology right.

I'm a fractional CTO based in Mumbai. I work with businesses that need a product built properly but don't have a technology leader on their side of the table. I define what to build, choose who builds it, and stay accountable until it's live.

My story

The person you'd be working with

I spent 10 years in Delhi and two in Pune, and now live a happy life in Mumbai, where I'm a father to a three-year-old.

I like to unwind on a bike ride. I've travelled to many parts of the country on my bike, including Leh and Spiti. My proudest ride was a solo trip across India that covered 8,008 km.

Closer to home, I play badminton, and for the last year I've been learning golf.

Whether it's a long ride or a new product, I've learned the same thing: the ones that go well are planned by someone who asks the right questions before setting off. That's the part I enjoy most, and it's what I bring to the businesses I work with.

Reset, the studio I work through.

When a client wants one accountable partner, Reset's team of designers and engineers builds the product under my direct leadership. There are no handoffs and no account managers between you and the person responsible.

Reset also runs Reset Tasks for one-off tech jobs, builds apps with AI, and offers free tools like ReCheck, a website health check, and The Second Opinion.
